This privacy policy, sets out how ‘The Children’s Nutritionist’ uses and protects any personal information that you provide us.

We collect your personal data because you give us consent to do so, in order to provide our independent nutrition and dietetic services to you.

We collect name and email address. We may also collect the following information:

  • Information in relation to consent;

  • Further medical/clinical information in relation to reports from other health professionals.

Sarah Almond Bushell’s brand called The Children’s Nutritionist would like to keep your details to send you further information about our products and services.

Your details will be held by ConvertKit and/or Kajabi on behalf of The Children’s Nutritionist. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking Unsubscribe on any of my emails or by writing to us at sarah@childrensnutrition.co.uk.

If you no longer wish to hear from The Children’s Nutritionist, please contact sarah@childrensnutrition.co.uk to unsubscribe from communications, confirming your name and address and stating that you wish to unsubscribe from The Children’s Nutritionist’s communications.

What we do with the information we gather:

We require this information for the purpose of:

  • Professional clinical record keeping of client information;

  • Sharing information with relevant health professionals.

  • Updating you with new information from The Children’s Nutritionist

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
