If your child doesn’t drink cow’s milk, simply swap for your little one’s usual milk alternative.
Leftover smoothie mix needs to be kept refrigerated in a sealed airtight container and consumed within 2 days. Shake well or reblend before serving.

Watermelon and Banana Smoothie
- 1 medium banana peeled and sliced
- 250 g seedless watermelon pieces frozen
- 235 ml whole milk
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
