Watermelon & Banana Smoothie

If you’re looking for an alternative way of getting fruit into your little one’s diet then try this 3 ingredient watermelon and banana smoothie. 

It’s perfect for snack time, bursting with flavour and packed with nutrients including vitamins A & C, potassium and calcium.

If your child doesn’t drink cow’s milk, simply swap for your little one’s usual milk alternative.

Leftover smoothie mix needs to be kept refrigerated in a sealed airtight container and consumed within 2 days. Shake well or reblend before serving.

Tip! Leftover smoothie mix can also be frozen into lolly moulds and enjoyed as a fresh and fruity ice-lolly!

Watermelon and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana peeled and sliced
  • 250 g seedless watermelon pieces frozen
  • 235 ml whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
