More and more of us are following plant based diets, whether that’s vegetarian, vegan or just trying to have a few meat free meals per week. My colleague Annabel Karmel shares with us some of her favourite plant based recipes. My little ones loved her ‘Lovely Lentils’ recipe and we still make it now but diluted with a little stock to make a delicious soup!
