Congratulations, you have a profitable business and are ready to scale!
You perhaps could do with some help in getting them to stay longer or become repeat customers. Retaining your clients and getting them to be advocates for your business is the dream as they will market your services for you, simply by word of mouth.
Scaling up involves positioning yourself as a thought leader. It’s about putting yourself out there, putting your stake in the ground, and declaring what you stand for, what you believe in.
It’s about magnetising people to you and repelling those who are not your ideal customer, it’s about polarising and it’s about being OK with that.
And with it, you become the go-to expert and attract a whole lot more money.
At this stage, your passive and semi-passive income streams run by automation.
There’s little you have to do on a day-to-day basis to run your business because your systems and processes are set up and working away in the background while you sleep.
This is where I’m at in my business now.
I’m optimising my funnels, I’m working on my position as a thought leader and I’m not afraid to put myself out there.

- If you don’t already, scale your income by offering a one-to-many programme alongside your one-to-one consultations. Good examples of this are group coaching, online courses and memberships.
- Take a look at your funnels, what are your email open rates and click-through rates? Could you tweak any parts of your funnel so that you convert more people into paying customers?
- Think about PR for your business and personal brand. What can you do to raise your profile, to stand out from the crowd? What makes you different? What do you stand for that makes you a thought leader?
